Associated with normal hormonal levels . It is due to end-organ hypersensitivity1. Premature thelarche :
- May be uni- or bilateral
- May be temporary and incomplete (breast bud without changes in the areola)
- Recently it has been shown to be due to increased Gn increasing the estrogen level
2. Premature adrenarche : due to increased DHA and DHAS (suppressed by dexamethazone) .
3. Premature menarche : The condition is usually temporary and the female passes through normal stages of development .
